If your server speed is abnormal, try switching servers or changing rules/global/auto SingLink mode to resolve the issue.

If the above methods don't work:

1. First Case

Local Network Issues

Your local network has problems. Timeouts and slow speeds are usually caused by poor local network conditions. Switch networks to resolve.

2. Second Case

Service speed is based on your internet speed

• If local network is fine, your device may have restrictions that need to be removed.

• If you're not a paid member and haven't claimed the Free Plan, the available period may have expired or data quota used up.

3. Third Case

Software speed requirements exceed service capacity

For example, watching 32K+ quality videos or gaming. Consider upgrading to SingLink Plus/Pro plans for 5x-10x speed improvements.

4. Fourth Case

Android auto-disconnect

1. Security software on your phone may be blocking external connections. Disable it to resolve.

2. App permissions may not be set to "always connect". Enable this setting.

Violation of terms of service resulting in ban

SingLink has integrated a third-party security system. If users attempt to violate the terms of service, such as attacks, misuse, exploiting bugs, etc., they will be permanently banned.
