SingLink Terms of Service

SingLink (hereinafter "Service") provides network acceleration services. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "You") and the Company regarding your use of the Service. By accessing or using SingLink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Please also refer to our Privacy Policy (available on our website), which explains how we collect and use your information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
Service:
SingLink, network acceleration service including all software, applications, and related services provided by the Company to Users.
Company (also referred to as "We"):
SingLink.
User (also referred to as "You" or "Subscriber"):
Any individual or entity using or accessing the Service. If you create an account or use the Service, you will be considered a User under these Terms.
Account:
Your registered account created on SingLink to access the Service. Accounts are typically associated with a username, password, or other credentials.
Subscription:
A valid paid plan for the Service. SingLink offers multiple subscription plans (detailed below) that allow use of the Service for a specified period (e.g., monthly).
Free Trial:
A one-time trial period during which new users can use the Service for free. Free trials are time-limited and subject to conditions specified in these Terms.
Subscription Plans:
Paid service tiers offered by SingLink: Fast, Plus, Pro, Max, and Rich (excluding Free Trial). Each plan has specific features, pricing, and device connection limits as detailed on our website.
Device:
Any computer, smartphone, tablet, router, or other device you use to connect to the Service.
Account Usage
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. By using SingLink, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes. Each user may only have one account, and the account is exclusive to you; it may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (e.g., username and password). Any activity under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or disclosure of your password, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Personal Use and Device Limits
Your subscription allows you to connect a limited number of devices to the Service simultaneously, depending on your plan (e.g., Fast plan allows up to 2 devices, Plus allows up to 5, Pro allows up to 10, Max and Rich plans allow additional device connections; Free Trial typically limits to 1 device). The Service is for your personal (or internal business) use only. You agree not to share or resell your account credentials or exceed the allowed number of device connections. If you need to use more devices than allowed, you should upgrade to an appropriate plan or purchase additional subscriptions.
Payment and Renewal
SingLink offers a Free Trial, three subscription plans, and two data packages. Subscription plan fees are charged per cycle (e.g., monthly), while data packages are one-time purchases. Available plans and base prices (in USD) are as follows:
- Free Trial:Limited trial period provided free to new users.
- SingLink Fast (Subscription):$3.59 per month.
- SingLink Plus (Subscription):$7.59 per month.
- SingLink Pro (Subscription):$25.59 per month.
- SingLink Max (Data Package):One-time purchase of $12.90, includes 100G of permanent data, lifetime access.
- SingLink Rich (Data Package):One-time purchase of $49.90, includes 500G of permanent data, lifetime access.
All subscription plans include SingLink's core features, including secure service nodes and streaming support. Specific features and allowed device connections for each plan are detailed on our website (higher-tier plans typically include more device connections or advanced features). Data packages (Max, Rich) are one-time purchases that include a specified amount of permanent data, available for lifetime use after purchase, and include all benefits of the Plus plan. Additionally, SingLink periodically offers official promotional discounts and third-party partner discounts, allowing users to enjoy reduced pricing through participation in relevant campaigns. Specific discount details are subject to official announcements or information published through partner channels.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Company (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable fees via your provided payment method. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly). Subscription fees will automatically be charged to your stored payment method at each renewal. If your chosen payment method supports recurring payments (e.g., credit card or PayPal), auto-renewal will remain enabled unless you cancel. If you use a payment method that does not support auto-renewal (e.g., one-time bank transfer or certain digital currencies), your subscription will not auto-renew and will expire at the end of the current term unless you manually renew.
One-Time Purchase
In certain cases, we may offer a one-time purchase option for a fixed term (e.g., one month or one year of service, non-renewing). Such purchases grant you access only for the specified term and will not auto-renew. After the term ends, you will need to purchase again to continue using the Service.
Managing Renewal and Cancellation
You are responsible for managing your subscription. If you do not wish to continue a recurring subscription, you must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting customer service. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must manage and cancel your subscription through that platform's subscription management system. If your subscription was purchased through a third party, the Company is not responsible for cancellation or billing issues. After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the prepaid subscription period, but it will not renew thereafter.
Price Changes
SingLink may adjust pricing or available subscription plans from time to time. However, the price and features of your plan will not change arbitrarily during a valid subscription period. Any changes to subscription pricing or important features will be communicated to you in advance (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Such changes typically apply to subsequent billing cycles or new subscriptions. If you do not agree to upcoming price or feature changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after price changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds
Free Trial
We offer a Free Plan (200MB free traffic every day upon registration, no credit card required). Users may choose to subscribe after being satisfied with the Free Plan experience, and we encourage users to do so. Subscribing afterwards is considered an indication that the product is suitable or satisfactory to you, therefore all subscriptions made afterwards are non-refundable.
iOS/macOS Refund Exception
If you subscribed to SingLink through Apple App Store (on iOS or macOS devices), you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided you encountered technical issues caused by SingLink while using the Service that materially affect your use of the Service. Such refund requests must be made within 30 days and should detail the technical issues. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for this exception on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Apple may process refunds for App Store purchases according to its policies (which may require you to request a refund through the App Store). Except for this specific exception (or any rights you may have under applicable law), subscription fees are non-refundable.
Visa/Credit Card Payment Security
To protect the payment security of all users, our platform has integrated a certified third-party payment fraud prevention system. This system performs real-time security reviews on every Visa and other credit card transaction, including but not limited to: identifying and blocking fraudulent transactions, abnormal cashback schemes, malicious registrations and purchases, intentional chargeback disputes, and unauthorized use of stolen credit cards. These fraud prevention measures effectively prevent unauthorized payments at the transaction level. Accordingly, subscription payments successfully completed via Visa or other credit cards are deemed legitimate transactions authorized by the cardholder. Once payment is processed, refund requests based on claims of fraud, unauthorized use, chargebacks, or similar grounds are not supported.
Automatic Renewal
When you subscribe to our platform services via Visa or other credit card payment methods, the system will automatically renew your subscription according to the billing cycle of your selected plan by default (e.g., monthly plans will be charged monthly, annual plans will be charged annually). If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, please contact your issuing bank or credit card management platform to revoke the recurring payment authorization for our platform before the start of the next billing cycle. After canceling automatic renewal, your subscription service for the current paid billing cycle will remain active until its expiration date and will not be terminated early due to the cancellation of renewal.
Affiliate Program
Eligibility
All registered SingLink users are eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program. You may invite new users to register and subscribe through your personal referral link or referral code.
Commission Earning
When a friend you invite successfully completes a paid subscription through your referral link or referral code, you will receive a commission reward at the rate specified by the platform. Commission amounts and rates are subject to the rules published on the platform's Affiliate Program page, and the platform reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time.
Commission Usage
Commissions earned may be used for the following purposes: (1) applied as a credit toward the purchase or renewal of SingLink membership plans; (2) withdrawn to your designated account. For specific commission usage rules, withdrawal thresholds, withdrawal methods, and processing timelines, please refer to the detailed information on the platform's Affiliate Program page.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not obtain commissions through any fraudulent, deceptive, or non-compliant means, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts for self-referral, registering with false information, using technical means to artificially generate referral records, or inducing others to register and then immediately request refunds. The platform reserves the right to investigate accounts suspected of violations and to freeze or deduct improperly obtained commissions, as well as to suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program.
Program Changes
SingLink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users in advance through platform announcements or other appropriate means. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Acceptable Use
SingLink is committed to protecting user privacy and does not monitor or log your network traffic or content while you use the Service. However, you must use the Service in a lawful manner. You agree not to use SingLink for any activities that violate laws or these Terms. Prohibited uses of the Service include but are not limited to:
❌ Illegal Activities
Using the Service for any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to using the Service for criminal activity, fraud, hacking, or other illegal acts.
❌ Infringing Content
Uploading, downloading, transmitting, or otherwise providing without authorization any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyrighted materials).
❌ Harmful or Offensive Material
Transmitting any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable material (including hate speech or content inciting violence), or material that invades others' privacy.
❌ Child Exploitation
Using the Service to distribute or access any child pornography content, or exploiting minors in any way. Such conduct will be reported to law enforcement.
❌ Spam and Network Abuse
Sending unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") or any form of excessive or disruptive traffic through the Service. You may not use the Service to launch denial-of-service attacks, spread malware, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or any network, system, or device.
❌ Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, user account, computer system, or network through the Service. This includes port scanning, probing, or hacking activities, and any attempt to breach the security measures of the Service or others' systems.
❌ Resale or Sharing of Service
Reselling the Service or sharing your account with multiple users who are not on your allowed devices. The Service is for your personal use (or internal use within your organization) only and may not be used to provide network acceleration access to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of SingLink complies with all applicable laws. If your jurisdiction restricts or considers illegal the use of network acceleration services, you must refrain from using the Service in that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account (without refund) without notice and/or take appropriate legal action if necessary.
Service Availability and Changes
SingLink is committed to providing reliable and high-quality network acceleration services, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Performance (e.g., connection speed, latency, and uptime) may vary due to factors beyond our control (including internet bandwidth limitations, network congestion, maintenance, or third-party service failures).
While we strive to provide continuous service, the Service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable or limited. For example, we may need to perform maintenance or updates, or unexpected outages may occur. You acknowledge that you may occasionally experience service interruptions or delays. We are not responsible for any data loss, missed messages, or other information loss or non-delivery due to interruptions or performance issues.
We may also impose reasonable restrictions or temporarily suspend your access to the Service (with or without prior notice) if we deem it necessary to protect network integrity, prevent service abuse, or comply with legal or authority requirements. This may include limiting bandwidth, restricting access to certain servers or features, or taking other technical measures to ensure fair use and service reliability for all users.
Additionally, SingLink reserves the right to modify or upgrade the Service at any time. We may add, remove, or change certain features or functionality to improve the Service or adapt to technological advances. We will not arbitrarily remove core features of your plan. If we make significant changes that prevent you from using the Service normally, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance (e.g., via email or in-app notification). If you continue to use the Service after these changes take effect, it indicates your acceptance of the changes.
Please note that while we support streaming and access to various websites through the Service, we do not guarantee that any specific third-party website, service, or content will always be accessible. Third-party services may change their access policies or implement blocking measures beyond our control. SingLink is not responsible for inability to access third-party services or content for such reasons.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use SingLink. User account termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle after you cancel your subscription (we will no longer charge any fees per our Refund Policy, but no refund will be provided for the remaining billing cycle). You may also contact customer service to request deletion of your account, subject to our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).
If the Company terminates the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the termination and its reasons via the email associated with your account (if feasible). If we permanently terminate the Service (e.g., we decide to shut down the Service entirely), we will provide advance notice where possible. In such cases, if you have a valid paid subscription, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, unless termination was due to your violation of these Terms or illegal conduct.
Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You must destroy any locally stored software or materials related to the Service that you possess. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., provisions regarding liability, disclaimers, arbitration, and governing law) shall continue in effect.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

If you violate any provision of these Terms (e.g., Acceptable Use Policy or payment obligations), we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice. If your account is terminated due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.
⚠️ Legal Compliance
If laws, regulations, court orders, or government authorities require us to take action, or if your use of the Service in your jurisdiction is deemed illegal, we may terminate or restrict your access without notice. This includes situations where the Company must comply with sanctions or law enforcement requirements related to your use of the Service.
⚠️ Security or Abuse
If we detect conduct that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of our Service or other users (e.g., you engaged in activities seriously disrupting our network or you attempted to hack our systems), we may suspend or terminate your access to protect the Service and its users.
⚠️ Non-Payment
If you fail to pay subscription fees on time, or if a chargeback or payment reversal occurs, we may suspend or terminate your account access. (If you believe a payment was incorrectly reversed or flagged, please contact customer service to resolve billing issues.)
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all related software and content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Company makes no representations or warranties about the Service, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. You use SingLink at your own risk. Any advice or information obtained from the Company or through the Service, whether oral or written, does not create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use (or inability to use) the Service. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of legal theory or cause of action (contract, tort, or otherwise).
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising from or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. You and the Company agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws, BVI law shall apply regardless of your country of residence. Furthermore, no person who is not a party to these Terms has any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service (including breach, termination, or validity of the Service) shall be submitted to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the British Virgin Islands, in English, and in accordance with the international arbitration rules then in effect.
The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties. The award made by the arbitrator may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Each party shall bear its own attorney fees and arbitration costs, and shall equally share the fees and expenses of the arbitrator, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in the award. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief available in a court of law, but the arbitrator's power shall be limited to resolving the dispute between the parties.
You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis. Class actions or class arbitrations are not permitted. You hereby waive any right to participate in class actions, class claims, or other representative proceedings. Each dispute shall be resolved individually on an individual basis, and the arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or award relief to a group of individuals in a single proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek interim injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction (e.g., BVI courts) if necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm (e.g., to protect intellectual property or confidential information) or to enforce this arbitration agreement. Seeking such interim relief shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to arbitrate disputes under this provision.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the arbitration agreement above. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of your relationship with the Company.
